All products sold on Kundura.co are procured from the Kundura office and delivered to cargo within 2-4 business days. An estimated arrival time of 1 business day for shipments within Istanbul and 1 to 4 business days for non-Istanbul shipments is foreseen. The cargo company will deliver your orders to the address you specified between 09.00-18.00 on working days.

With which shipping company will my order be delivered?

I want to return a product I purchased, what can I do?

If the purchased product or the packaging or box belonging to the product is dirty, crushed, wrinkled, worn, scratched, wet, tape or label affixed or damaged in any way, return in accordance with the Distance Sales Contract made during the sales phase. will not be accepted.
